At PennySpecs, every pair of glasses is made to order and fitted with your prescription by qualified UK opticians.
Delivery time
Your glasses will typically be delivered within 7-10 working days. Unless you have requested the express option then we will aim to deliver your glasses in 3-5 working days.
Shipping cost
We offer free standard delivery on all orders.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your delivery details.
30-Day Fit Guarantee
If your glasses aren’t quite right, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving them and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Faults or Issues
If there is an issue with your glasses, please contact us and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
All glasses come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults.
