Processing Time
Once your order is placed and your prescription has been confirmed, your glasses will be prepared our qualified UK opticians. Processing typically takes 3–5 working days.
Delivery Time
After production, delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your location.
In most cases, customers receive their glasses within 5–10 working days from the date of order.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a confirmation email with delivery information.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. PennySpecs cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
