At PennySpecs, we stand behind the quality of every pair of glasses we supply.

We want you to be completely happy with your glasses.

If your glasses aren’t quite right, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving them and we’ll work with you to make it right.

All PennySpecs glasses come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults.

If you experience any issues with your glasses due to a fault, please contact us and we’ll arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.

Our warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage
• General wear and tear
• Incorrect prescriptions provided at checkout
